My Name is Eddy Shema but mostly y'all know me as Eddy.B, I was born May, 10th 1998 in Kigali Rwanda. I spent most of my childhood living there before moving to Accra Ghana at the age of 13, where I found my love and passion for music, growing up I was always a very shy kid struggling from anxiety, and music was always my escape.

While I was living in Ghana, I started my music career. I was able to work with a few artists in Ghana, it made me want to pursue music as a career and do it for a living. 
 
In 2014 I moved to Canada for education, my music was put on pause to focus on school. Even though school was important, I never gave up on my dream of making music. In 2017 I started taking music serious I was broke with no money to afford studio time, so I learnt how to produce my own music through watching Youtube and eventually in 2019 I was able to build my own studio and afford a laptop to run Logic Pro X.  

 

In 2020 I released my first EP called 22 that I mixed and mastered all by myself, I received lots of great positive feedback that made me never want to give up on my music career. 

In 2021 I became a proud father, I was able to work with some amazing videographers in Winnipeg who helped shed a light on my music through producing amazing music videos. We released 22 official music video, Let You Go music video, and Voices In My Head. Both videos hit 10k on Youtube and in 1 year my subscribers grew from 17 to 462. (I know it's not a lot but to me it was a big accomplishment)
 

In 2022, I moved to British Columbia. To start a new beginning in my life, I'm excited to see what life has in store for me and my music career. I can't wait for you all to see what I have been working on. I have lots of new music dropping soon.
